When registering a 368jl account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration or KYC process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
368jl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 368jl reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access or close accounts where KYC verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period.
Accepted government-issued IDs include but are not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, driver's license, and voter's ID.
You are responsible for keeping your 368jl account information current. Any change to your registered mobile number, payment method, or personal details must be updated promptly through Account Settings, subject to verification procedures.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 368jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered device.
368jl is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials or device. Any wagers or transactions processed via your account prior to a reported security breach are considered valid and binding.
Never share your 368jl OTP or password with anyone claiming to be from 368jl support. Our support team will never ask for this information. If you receive such a request, it is fraudulent — report it immediately.
368jl accepts deposits exclusively through payment methods approved and listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Approved methods currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, QR Ph, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and select debit and credit cards. 368jl reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All transactions on the 368jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. 368jl does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
All funds deposited into your 368jl account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will trigger a compliance review. 368jl reserves the right to freeze accounts and return funds to the source where third-party deposits are detected.
Players may set self-imposed deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis through Account Settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours. Requests to reduce deposit limits take effect immediately.
Withdrawals from your 368jl account are subject to successful completion of KYC verification, confirmation that no active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled on the relevant funds, and compliance with all applicable minimum withdrawal amounts as specified on the Platform.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your 368jl account. 368jl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered. All random number generator (RNG) powered games available on the 368jl Platform use independently audited and certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are determined at random and are not influenced by prior results, player history, account balance, or any other external factor.
The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is as published by the respective game provider and displayed in the game's information section. RTPs are calculated over statistically significant numbers of game rounds and do not represent a guarantee of individual player outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome or completion of a game round at 368jl, the Platform reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the player's account. 368jl is not liable for any winnings that would have been achieved had the malfunction not occurred. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

Bets placed on the 368jl sportsbook are only confirmed upon receipt of a bet confirmation notification displayed in your account. Bets entered but not confirmed — due to disconnection, odds movement, or system error — are not binding on 368jl.
Betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. If the odds of a selection change between the time of your bet request and confirmation, you will be presented with the updated odds and given the option to accept or decline the revised terms.

Balances held in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage gambling will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities where applicable.
Where an account is closed by 368jl for operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any pending withdrawal.
You may request the closure of your 368jl account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, all pending wagers will be settled according to their terms, and the remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
All content on the 368jl Platform — including but not limited to its name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 368jl or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the 368jl Platform without prior written consent.

368jl's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their 368jl account in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 368jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and 368jl arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 368jl support. 368jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint submitted in good faith within fourteen (14) business days.
If informal resolution is not achieved, any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
368jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 368jl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or by posting a conspicuous notice on the 368jl Platform website.
The version of the Terms published on the 368jl website at any given time is the current and binding version. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 12.3.
